Acetaia Malpighi has been handing down its traditions for all of 5 generations, offering a traditional balsamic vinegar with unique taste and aroma, the most gratification that time can reserve for us. Malpighi, for aging and refinement, uses cherry wood, rich in "carotenoids" and "polyphenols" that helps block processes activated by free radicals. This has the great capacity of making Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena extremely sweet, creamy and very "well-rounded", with almost imperceptible acidity. This is why Acetaia Malpigli has chosen to market this product with its unique organoleptic characteristics, able to enhance the value of any dish. Excellent on meat, fish, first courses, cheeses, sweets, etc.

This stuff is awesome. It enhances just about everything. This is our second bottle. The first was an Xmas gift and didn’t know what to make of it. Then we enrolled in Jenny Craig and needed something to flavor up all the veggies we were consuming. It was a life saver….80 lost pounds later we have bought our second bottle.
What's not to love about this balsamic vinegar? Delicious, versatile and flavorful. It is one of the best balsamic vinegar I have tried and I will be sticking to it for some years to come until I find something better than it.
I really love it. I use it for salads and marinating chicken before grilling. It is also perfect with Italian cheese. The bottle is beautiful and thick.
I was out of balsamic vinegar and looking for something special. I decided to go for something Italian and this is way cheaper than those I get in local stores. Yet, this offers more qualities than store-bought vinegar.
Absolutely delicious. The chocolate is high quality and there is a larger than expected amount of it in the center of the biscotti.

If someone has never tried this they absolutely need to go all out and try it. You couldn’t be disappointed. The flavor is out of this world and I’m so glad I took a chance. I will definitely be back for more. I was also very pleased how quickly it showed up straight from Italy to the U.S.

These crunchy and light Italian cookies are unusual in texture, which makes them out-of-the-ordinary. They are also heavily flavored, one person in my family thought it was cherry, the name refers to almond flavor, but they are in fact made from apricot pits.
I loved the tin container that they come in and the fact that each is individually wrapped in plastic and then a decorative paper wrapping. It makes each little cookie something to focus on.

I did not know what to expect, but the oranges were fresh (they have the leaves on), packed well and arrived quickly after the date they said they would ship. The biggest surprise was how delicious they were - each orange was sweet with a tinge of sour.
Beautiful container and glasses. It's a Christmas gift so I haven't tried it yet but I've purchased enough of your limoncello to know it will be excellent.
