Apricot Cake

Though at first sight I was disappointed at how small it was -- 7 or 8 inches across in a small paper pie pan -- I was soon glad I would dispose of it quickly. The crust was similar to the streusel topping and crumbled apart when the slice was lifted from the pan. Though the apricot flavor was noticeable, the crumbly cake "dough" was very lacking in flavor and texture.
