We have been producing fresh Tortellini in Modena since 1955. Our aim is to produce everyday premium quality artisan products, which is why each and every one of our suppliers is carefully selected and all the raw ingredients we use are the best available on the market.
All our products are manufacturing excellence starting from the dough, which is obtained from wheat flour, eggs and water, and finally drawn to bronze to get a rough and tasty dough. For the fillings, we carefully select the best of our traditional products: cured ham, Mortadella, and Parmigiano Reggiano, as near as possible to our territory to enrich the flavor and quality of our fresh pasta.
All our fresh pasta is produced using bronze dies to ensure a rough surface that perfectly embraces any sauce or dressing.
Our recipes respect the genuine culinary traditions of Emilia: in terms of flavors, the quantity and quality of ingredients, the perfect balance between pasta and filling, all stages of product preparation, and much, much more.

These crunchy and light Italian cookies are unusual in texture, which makes them out-of-the-ordinary. They are also heavily flavored, one person in my family thought it was cherry, the name refers to almond flavor, but they are in fact made from apricot pits.
I loved the tin container that they come in and the fact that each is individually wrapped in plastic and then a decorative paper wrapping. It makes each little cookie something to focus on.
Delicious balsamic vinegar in a very adorable fun cheerful ceramic container.
I did not know what to expect, but the oranges were fresh (they have the leaves on), packed well and arrived quickly after the date they said they would ship. The biggest surprise was how delicious they were - each orange was sweet with a tinge of sour.
Beautiful container and glasses. It's a Christmas gift so I haven't tried it yet but I've purchased enough of your limoncello to know it will be excellent.

Amalfitano Limoncello from Sorrento: Authentic Limoncello from the Amalfi Coast
The products are of high quality and delicious. The creamy one is delicious as a beverage alone, the straight base one is great for additions to mixed drinks, in use with cooking things like chicken franchise, and with baking as was used in making a limincello pound cake.
