Olio Extra Vergine d'Oliva cold Extract from Olio Calvi is a ligurian olive oil suitable for daily use in the family. It is also very popular in restaurants: it is in fact excellent on raw and cooked vegetables, on salads, to finish fish and meat, in sauces, sauces, spaghetti and soups. Method of storage The extra virgin olive oil is especially afraid of light, which has the effect of accelerating the natural oxidative phenomena.
The can has a totally protective effect from light. Even prolonged exposure to heat is not ideal for oil, although less harmful than light. We therefore recommend storing this product away from heat sources. If you have stocked up on this product and want to keep it in the best possible condition, keep the closed bottles at a temperature close to 15 degrees inside a box or a cabinet (in the cellar for example).
