A genuine cream of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, in fact, enriches the soft goodness of the best naturally sourdough Torinese panettone, giving life to an amazing gastronomic experience.
This is a truly unique product, which comes from a special recipe in which the Balsamic Cream is obtained from a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP for a long time inside ancient barrels of the Malpighi family.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sultana raisins, butter (milk), sugar, egg yolks, sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, whole milk, invert sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, cocoa butter, salt, barley malt extract, honey, flavors. Balsamic cream filling: cooked grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must), modified starch.
Contains: wheat, eggs, milk.
May contain tree nuts and sulfites.
