Tortelli Bagoss cheese is a stuffed pasta typical of Lombardy. The Tortelli we are offering is entirely "handmade" from the preparation of the pasta to the packaging. Even the filling, which is prepared with the famous Bagoss cheese Bagolino, is placed manually in each casoncello before closing the panzerotto and packaging.
The Tortelli are prepared with the typical Bagoss cheese, which is fresh, soft and without any fats. You will love it with butter and sage. If you love Italian food and you have never tasted this Tortelli, you are missing out on the best of the best.
Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.

Dough Ingredients:Wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, eggs, water, food salt.Filling Ingredients: Cow's ricotta cheese, Bagòss cheese (MILK, rennet, salt, saffron), breadcrumbs, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, milk, salt, nutmeg, black pepper.
